Remember To Reset Your Godaddy Email By 10 January 2017
We have received notification from Godaddy that they are adding extra level of security to your current email account.
This includes the requirement of new passwords for all your Godaddy accounts including this one.
After the password have been changed, you will need to update your password details on each desktop, tablet and mobile email you use.
Follow these directions to reset your password
Changing your Password
1) Go onto an Internet Browser - go to email.secureserver.net.
2) Log into your email account via email.secureserver.net.
3) Click Settings
4) Click Personal Settings (Under Settings)
5) Fill in your current password and create a new password
6) Click OK

If you access your emails in Outlook or on Mobile/Tablet, you will need to change the settings for each.
Desktop Via Outlook
1) Follow Steps under 'Changing your Password'
2) Once Updated - Go to outlook
3) Click File
4) Click Account Settings
5) Double Click on the email address
6) Under Logon Information - change to new password
7) Click Next - This will test the password is correctly changed
Mobile/Ipad - IOS Device
1) Follow Steps under 'Changing your Password'
2) Click Settings
3) Click Mail
4) Click Accounts
5) Choose your Godaddy email
6) Click Account Settings
7) Change to new password
6) Update your password on both incoming and outgoing, then tap OK
Mac - via Thunderbird
To change an email password in Mozilla Thunderbird you'll need to delete the old password that's saved in Password Manager and enter a new one:
1) Select Tools.
2) Go to the Security category.
3) Make sure the Passwords tab is selected.
4) Click Saved Passwords.
5) Click Remove.
6) Now click Close.
7) Click Close again.
