Introducing our new team members: Iain Venn and Michael Gardiner

We are excited to announce the recent addition of two talented professionals to the Inspire Digital team. Please join us in welcoming Iain Venn as our new Project Manager and Michael Gardiner as our Sales Account Executive. Their unique experiences and skills will undoubtedly contribute to our continued growth and success.

Iain Venn - Project Manager

Hailing from Cornwall, Iain Venn joined Inspire in April 2023 with an impressive background in business management, advertising, and digital marketing. Starting his career in the insurance industry, Iain quickly transitioned to business management before spending several years at the Daily Telegraph's advertising department in London's Canary Wharf.

Upon returning to Cornwall, Iain recognised the potential for design companies to provide superior digital marketing results for local clients. He taught himself programming and SEO, subsequently launching his own micro-agency to assist numerous businesses in the southwest of England.

Iain further enhanced his expertise during the Covid-19 pandemic by obtaining a PRINCE-2 certification. At Inspire, he will apply these principles to ensure our projects are completed efficiently, always on time, and within budget.

Michael Gardiner - Sales Account Executive

Michael Gardiner joined the Inspire team in May 2023 as our Sales Account Executive. A Dundee native, Michael spent a year in Australia working in construction before returning to Scotland to pursue a career in business development. With over 20 years of sales experience, Michael has worked in various industries, from home improvement to web development.

At Inspire, Michael focuses on driving sales growth by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Passionate about helping businesses reach their objectives through effective digital strategies, he constantly seeks ways to deliver value to his clients.

Iain and Michael's arrival at Inspire further solidifies our commitment to providing high-quality service to our clients. Iain's extensive experience in project management will ensure that we continue to deliver innovative and tailored solutions, while his PRINCE-2 certification will help streamline our processes for maximum efficiency. Michael's proven track record in sales and his dedication to fostering strong relationships with clients will guarantee that we consistently exceed expectations and provide unparalleled support.
